What is your cancelation / rescheduling policy?
If you wish to cancel or reschedule a class, it must be done 24 hours before the class is scheduled to begin. A refund will be issued for classes canceled during this time frame.
Classes canceled less than 24 hours before the class' scheduled start time, will not be refunded. If you have any questions you can email us at contact@versalingo.com or send us a WhatsApp at +34 613 05 51 75

How do I cancel a class?
When you book a class, you receive a booking confirmation email. The email contains all the details of your scheduled class. At the bottom of the email, there is a link to cancel the class. If you need assistance feel free to contact us and we'd be happy to help you or cancel it for you.

Where do I connect to the class?
Classes will be conducted via Zoom. You can use the link sent in your booking confirmation email. If you're using a phone or tablet, we recommend connecting through the Zoom app. If you have any questions or concerns, don't hesitate to contact us!

Do I need a Zoom Pro subscription?
No! You can use Zoom completely free of charge.

What level should I have to take these classes?
We teach students of all levels. Keep in mind the classes will be conducted fully in the language you're learning for a more immersive experience.

Do you help prepare for language certification exams, such as Cambridge?
Yes! We can help prepare you for the various Cambridge, LanguageCert, TOEFL and IELTS exams.

Do I need a student account?
You don't need it, but it can make booking classes quicker and easier.
