Refund policy

At Versalingo, we strive to provide you with the best language learning experience. To ensure clarity and fairness, please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our refund and cancellation policy:

Cancellation Policy:

  • We maintain a 24-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy. Any cancellation or rescheduling request must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled lesson. 
  • If a cancellation or reschedule is made after the 24-hour window, the lesson will not be refunded. This includes lessons purchased individually or as part of a class pack. 

Refund Eligibility for Class Packs:

  • Class packs can be refunded within fourteen days of purchase, provided no more than one lesson has been attended. 
  • After these initial fourteen days, refunds for class packs are not applicable, and the standard usage timeframe policy applies (6 months from the purchase date).

Usage Timeframe for Class Packs:

  • All class packs must be utilized within 6 months of their purchase date. Any remaining classes after this period will not be refunded or transferred.

Refund Process:

  • If a refund meets our policy criteria, it will be automatically processed to your original payment method.
  • Please note that the processing time for refunds by your bank or credit card company may vary.
